First Aid Beauty Skin Care
I have been working on creating a skin care routine and have been testing lots of products over the last few months. As a blogger, I receive products from companies often, but it is important to me to try out the products over a period of time so that I can give honest feedback. Three of the products that I have been loving are from First Aid Beauty: Facial Radiance Pad, Coconut Water Cream and Ginger & Tumeric Vitamin C Jelly Mask.
Facial Radiance Pads
The Facial Radiance pads help exfoliate, tone, and brighten your skin. After you cleanse your skin, use the pads across your face and neck. These pads can be used daily and are good for all skin types. As someone who has combination skin that is also pretty sensitive, I am always cautious on what products I use. I did experience a little stinging after one use, and I thought it was solely due to the product having lactic and glycolic acids. Although that is I am sure what caused the stinging, I believe it is because I had previously over exfoliated right before use. So as long as you don’t over exfoliate prior to use, then the pads will not sting but feel nice and cool on your skin.
Coconut Water Cream
Coconut water is known to hydrate so when I got a hold of this product, I was very excited to try it because I knew it would be good for my skin that is mostly dry. The cream is oil-free is rich in electrolytes, amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants and phytonutrients. I personally use it twice a day, in the morning and in the evening and it leaves my skin soft and smooth. The container comes with 1.7 ounces, but don’t worry because it does not take a lot of product to moisturize your whole face.
Ginger & Tumeric Vitamin C Jelly Mask
I have been all about masks lately and doing them about once a week as part of my self-care and relaxation routine. It is something about sitting with a mask on that calms me and takes my stress away. The Ginger and Tumeric of this jelly mask comfort the skin while the Vitamin C aids in brightening. Even when storing this product at room temp it is so cool on the skin, but if you want it even cooler, then I recommend refrigerating it!
First Aid Beauty’s mission is “to help your skin look and feel its absolute best. We want to make every day a good skin day for you.” They have a wide array of products that are for various skin types, and if you are looking to add new products to your skin care routine, I recommend that you start with these three or check out their website to see what else they offer!
