Chill Summer

If you have been keep up with my previous posts and Instagram, then you know I am OBSESSED with off the shoulder tops this Summer. Honestly, I am not sure what took me so long to get on board with this trend, but I absolutely love it!

This off the shoulder piece caught my eye on the the TOBI website because it has tiered sleeve and ruffles. I really think this top is great for Summer because you can rock it with shorts as I did to keep it casual during the day or you can pair it with a high waist pant and throw on a pair of heels to dress it up!
